An ANZ day porter works to a patrol schedule, not a task-when-asked arrangement: entrance and lobby loops at set intervals, mid-morning and early-afternoon washroom checks with consumable restocks logged on a card, waste points emptied before they overflow, and meeting rooms reset between bookings so the 2pm client doesn't inherit the 12pm sandwich wrappers. Between patrol loops, the porter is your on-floor response for spills, breakages and the unglamorous incidents buildings produce while full of people.

Because customers and staff are present, day porters are chosen for presentation and discretion as much as cleaning skill — uniformed, police-checked, and trained to work around the public rather than through them. Most clients run a hybrid program: an active porter through trading hours plus our after-hours crew for the heavy nightly work, coordinated from our Silverwater NSW 2128 depot under one contract.
